India Vs Australia 4th ODI at Ranchi has been Abandoned due to heavy rain over the stadium.Australia is still leading the 6 match ODI series by 2-1.Starting from beginning,India won the toss and elected to bowl first.India played its two new pacers J Unadkat and Shami Ahmed and somehow successful in this new experiment.Indian bowling attack started well with taking early wicket of both openers A J Finch(5) and P J Hughes(11) by Shami Ahmed . Shami Ahmed surprised everyone with such a good initial performance in his debut ODI match.Again Shami Ahmed clean bowled Shane Watson(14) and make pressure on Australian Strickers.

Overcoming this pressure GJ Bailey made 98 runs from just 94 bowls,having amazing strike rate,decent partnership with G Maxwell,who scored 92 in just 76 bowls.Both batsmen paced the run rate to nearby 6.After taking wickets of both batsmen by Vinay Kumar,James Faulkner and Johnson also give some pace to score by making 23 and 25 runs respectively.At last Australian innings end up with 8 wickets and 50 overs at 295 runs.From Indian bowling attack Shami played best,with 3 wickets,42 runs in 8 overs at 5.25 economy rate .

India vs Australia 2013 3rd ODI Mohali 

Vinay Kumar taking two wicket and at economy rate 6.5 gave 52 runs in 8 overs . Ashwin on other hand,in 9 overs gave 57 runs at 6.33 economy rate . Ravindra  Jadeja took 1 wicket of BJ Haddin and in 10 overs he gave 56 scores . Yuvraj Singh ,Suresh Raina and J Unadkat also give relevant effect to bowling attack of Indian side.

In Second Inning,India got a very decent start by both openers Rohit Sharma(9) and Shikhar Dhawan(14).India scored 27 runs in 4.1 overs at 6.48 run rate before rain interrupted the match.Australian bowling attack was still lead by Johnson and Mckay.Johnson gave 10 runs in 2.1 overs with 4.62 economy rate,whereas Mckay gave 13 runs in 2 overs with 6.5 economy rate. At 8:43 PM IST: The Umpires have abandoned the match due to wet ground conditions. So the 7-match series stays in favor of the Aussies 2-1 with the fifth ODI to be played at Cuttack on the 26th October.
