Due to heavy demands of users and record downloads of instant messaging app BBM for Android and iPhone, the users are put on waiting list. It is very difficult to say whether company has done so to reduce workload or it is a strategy to earn more on the basis of pay more and get sooner. But this is the fact that if you will download the app then you will not get BBM instantly. You will have to wait and check your E-mails again and again for your waiting list status. If Blackberry has done this strategically then it might create difficulties for them because none of the users like waiting for some app. They will just move on to some other app. Also it is said that users memory is less. They rate products more rather company.
